for 11-16 year olds!

Is there a young person in your life who is passionate about art? Do they love to draw or paint? If so, our art class for 11-16 year olds is perfect for you!

Our experienced and qualified instructors will teach a variety of art techniques and concepts, from basic drawing and painting skills to more advanced techniques such as sculpture or mono printing . Your young artist will also have the opportunity to experiment with different mediums and styles, and to develop their own unique artistic voice.

Our art class is a fun and supportive environment where they can learn and grow as an artist. All materials and equipment are included, you only need to bring an apron or old shirt as art can be a messy business!

How long is the course?
Courses run term time and the length of the course is determined by school year.

Do I need to book in advance?
You will need book online to reserve your place. You will receive a confirmation email once your place is secure. Please get in touch if it doesn't arrive.

Do I need to bring any materials?
No, we supply all materials and equipment. We do ask that you bring an old shirt or apron as art can be a messy business!

How do I book?
We have an online booking system which is very secure and easy to use. It helps us to gain all the information we need for your booking. If you have any problems just get in touch.

How long is each session
Each art session is 1.5 hours long unless otherwise stated.

Do I have to book a course?
Yes, these classes run term time only unlike our adults course which runs throughout the year because of this we must ask you to book for the length of the course.

Can I join part way through the course?
Yes! If we are not starting a new piece we will always have a smaller project that you can get started on which will tie in with what we are doing and get you up to speed with the rest of the group.

What If I change my mind?
We are sure you will be delighted but if you change your mind after your first class, we will refund you for the remaining classes .
